Hammerhead was started five years ago by Jeff Andrews.  Jeff spent half of his 40-year career in the manufacturing of racking systems, and the other half as a distributor and systems integrator of storage and material handling systems.  The systems integrator side was more satisfying because it allowed Jeff and his team to offer a wider range of products and services than only what was directly manufactured by his company.  Now with long term relationships with hundreds of suppliers, as well as the industry knowledge of four decades, Hammerhead’s team is able to help virtually any type of company with any type of solution.

The Hammerhead team helps our customers to choose the rights storage and material handling equipment and services for their particular business needs.  We get to know enough about your operations to recommend the best solutions.  We create drawings and provide competitive proposals for a turn-key system including installation and permits.  We work with you every step of the way including future follow-up surveys for damage and repairs.

We typically start with a phone meeting to understand the basic scope of work.  We then review a list of questions to get the details necessary to intelligently prepare drawings and get structural engineering completed.  If you have electronic drawings of your facility, it is very helpful.  If not, we can conduct a physical survey to collect the data we need.  We will discuss various options for your approval and then provide pricing.

Simply send and email or call us to get things started.  Depending on your location and requirements, we will have one of our specialist start working with you right away.

Once an order is placed, we will require a down payment of 35%.  We will then bill you another 45% at the time of shipment for materials, freight and taxes.  The final invoices will be send progressively as the installation is completed.  Terms are typically Net 30, based on credit approval.  Note: Used racking systems must be paid 50% at time of order and 50% prior to shipment.

Hammerhead has business relationships with hundreds of the top manufacturers, engineers and installation companies in the industry.  We source the equipment and services that are best for your operations and give you the greatest return on your investment.
